We had a Shasta Pools Master-build done in 2009. We loved it came with a warranty that covered "most" things, and we did use it a number of times over the years. Shasta was easy to work with, and the pool has stood up the test of time and the Arizona weather.
Karla did a wonderful job at trying to keep us updated to delays and when workers would arrive. Very friendly on the phone. Superintendent very knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with the pool from start to finish.
Taylor Wright was amazing and so polite. He definitely gives Shasta a good reputation with the way he treats the customer. In all my years of having a Shasta pool, he was far and away the best [service] technician.
