What warranty will you provide?
Shasta offers an industry-leading, exclusive 5-Year Labor Base Warranty, which means we cover more, for longer, than any other pool builder. Many of the Valley pool builders claim to provide a “lifetime” warranty, but they are only referring to a limited amount of material warranties that are very common. So, make sure to ask the companies you are shopping how many years the labor is covered as most of the industry only offers the state-required minimum of 2 years. In many cases, the cost of labor exceeds the cost of whatever material is being replaced, so this is a big cost savings to our customers. And, unlike others in the industry, our warranties will transfer to the next homeowner with notification and an equipment assessment.
