Phoenix Pool Builder & Contractor Project Spotlight
Radisson Resort and Spa at Ft. McDowell Casino
One of the most unique and challenging projects Shasta Semi-Commercial recently completed is the new aquatic project at the Radisson Resort and Spa at Ft. McDowell Casino.
The hotel’s entrance includes a fire water feature with a 12′ cascading copper basin.
The entire project features a Native American theme that coincides with the design of the hotel. Specially designed basket weaving patterns are part of the ShastaDeck deck surface and showcase traditional tribal art.
The swimming pool area features 8′-12′ stone column water features that provide shade for the swimming pool. A state-of-the-art spray pad at the kiddie pool uses Tot Turf padding complete with specially designed Native American art patterns and programmable interactive features.
Shasta Pools & Spas has also constructed the “walk of life” with imported, specially cut and smoothed patterned rock cut into the decking around the swimming pool, built to mimic a stream path.
